They are shaping the sushi with their hand.
This vinegar rice has a uniqe name “Syari”.Have you heard it?
What’s the origin of that word?
Actually , it is related to the fact that Buddha’s remains resembled white rice. It comes from “sarira” which means “remains” in Sanskrit.
“Syari” is a thankful origin isn’t it.✨
